Biography
When disputes arise, Ted aggressively litigates on behalf of his clients to ensure that they receive the full value of their compensation and are treated fairly upon separation.
Over the course of nearly three decades, Ted has successfully litigated virtually every manner of employment related claims, including executive compensation disputes, ERISA retirement benefits claims, race, sex, age and disability discrimination claims, sexual harassment and retaliation claims, and unpaid wage and overtime claims.
Ted’s wide-ranging experience is rarely found among employment lawyers, because he has worked extensively on both sides of the fence. He spent the first part of his career practicing at one of Ohio’s largest law firms, representing large employers, including Fortune 500 and multi-national corporations. Since then, he has focused his practice on primarily representing individuals.
Regardless of the matter, Ted partners with his clients to fully understand their goals and works relentlessly to ensure they achieve the best possible result.
Ted and his wife live in Mariemont and have three adult children. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, reading, and growing tomatoes. In 2023, Ted took a six-month sabbatical and hiked all 2,198.4 miles of the Appalachian Trail.
